We are a manufacturer of bronze castings founded in 1988. Mechanical processing equipment was additionally adopted as of 2006, so that all products underwent pressure tests after that to ensure the yield. In 2010, we installed assembly lines to provide customers with finished products. For better efficiency, our General Manager found the most suitable way to assemble after months of research, namely the Uline. This application has saved labor from six to three per assembly line. Each worker assembles finished products in a rhythmed manner, thus greatly boosting the production efficiency. Both qualified and disqualified items will be placed on the pressure testers before daily work, in order to check whether the device runs normally. Self-check should be conducted by every worker. Products are only assembled after the first one passes the spot check which is carried out every two hours, so as to check the assembly performance of employees. As a professional bronze valve manufacturer, we have two casting lines to generate 80 million tons of rough castings on a yearly basis. All materials will be tested by the lab, and test reports will be kept for three years for tracing purpose.
